Cluetrain, otra vez
Una interesante entrevista a Chris Locke (co-autor de Cluetrain) en la que reincide sobre viejos argumentos y anima a escribir, escribir y escribir. Locke es un personaje estravagante y refrescante a la vez, y su discurso anima a seguir con la revolución interminable. Algunas citas:
“I think writing is disruptive. I think democracy is disruptive”
“To put it a different way: inasmuch as conversations are markets, they’re less conversations”
“Write. Then write more. Write till it scares the crap out of you. If it doesn’t, press on; it will. Write till you get brave enough to keep writing in spite of how scared you are. In spite of what anyone thinks, including yourself.
The upside is that you’ll find out who you are. The downside is, well… that you’ll find out who you are.”
Esta última frase dice algo así como: “lo bueno es que descubrirás quien eres. Lo malo es que, bueno… descubrirás quien eres” (referido a escribir compulsivamente). Yo todavía no me he descubierto, aunque hay días que me acerco
